At Palmetto Waxing Boutique, your comfort, trust, and results always come first. Founded by Faithe in 2021 after beginning her career in aesthetics in 2019, PWB was created with the intention of offering more than just a service. With years of hands-on experience, multiple Best of Lexington nominations, and a background rooted in leadership and continued education, Faithe brings both technical expertise and genuine care to every appointment. Clients choose Palmetto Waxing Boutique for its gentle yet efficient approach, personalized attention, and welcoming, judgment-free environment. Every visit is thoughtfully tailored to your skin, comfort level, and individual goals—so you can relax knowing you’re in capable, attentive hands. New to waxing or booking your first Brazilian?You will be guided step-by-step through the entire process with clear communication, privacy, and comfort as the top priorities—no surprises, no pressure, and no judgment. As the sole owner and operator, Faithe ensures that every guest receives consistent, one-on-one care. Palmetto Waxing Boutique is where professional expertise meets a personal, trusted touch—so once you’re here, you know you’ve found your place. ✨️Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you—thank you for honoring it so every guest receives the same dedicated care.✨️ 🌿APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICY Out of respect for scheduled guests and reserved appointment times, no-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service booked. If a card on file cannot be processed, future bookings will be unavailable until the balance is paid in full. Palmetto Waxing Boutique serves clients 18 years and older. Please review all policy information prior to booking. All services are by appointment only through online booking. Walk-ins are not available. If calling with questions, please leave a voicemail and allow time for a response during business hours. For detailed inquiries, please schedule a consultation. To ensure your appointment begins on time, please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary consent forms. 🌿GUEST & HEALTH POLICY Please sanitize your hands upon arrival and complete any required consent forms if not done beforehand. Only one guest is permitted in the treatment room—additional visitors will be asked to wait in the lobby. For safety and comfort, please avoid bringing children or extra guests to your appointment. All treatment areas are fully disinfected between each service. If you are feeling unwell, or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule. Guests arriving with symptoms will be asked to book for another time. Thank you for helping maintain a safe, clean environment for all clients. 🌿GIFT CARD / RETAIL POLICY All gift card sales are final. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Gift cards can only be redeemed at Palmetto Waxing Boutique. All retail sales are final. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Faithe understands unanticipated events happen occasionally. However, in her desire to be effective and fair, these policies will be implemented as followed: NO SHOWS: If you fail to contact Faithe before your scheduled appointment, and simply don't show up you will be charged 100% of your service(s) booked. Faithe will give a 24 hour grace period to make contact. Your card on file will be charged to cover the missed appointment, no exceptions. SAME DAY RESCHEDULES: If you contact Faithe and let her know you won't be arriving to your scheduled session, and are needing to reschedule or simply cancel indefinitely you will be charged a 50% fee of service(s) booked. This fee will cover the cost of your missed appointment. LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for another time. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment time, please wait in your vehicle. Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to other guests and myself please give me a 24 hour notice for cancellations to avoid fees. All fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. By booking a session, guests are agreeing to have read over in detail policies and protocols. Once an appointment is approved and your confirmation is sent, clients are acknowledging Palmetto Waxing Boutiques cancellation policies and protocols and these will be implemented accordingly.
